I don't think it's still there, but it was west of Rock Creek Tavern on NW Phillips Rd. I remember that after I'd been there about six months, I asked my roommate Gregory if he had a key to the place (it was always unlocked), and he said he might have one somewhere, but we never used it. Cool times.
